The files Boss Bjork (encounter 3412; Xaryu's 'joke' name is the real name) casts Anti-Magic Shield 1301635: 2 s cast, 'magic immunity for 3 sec'. The leggings are Bonerust Leggings 271209: +7 Str, +6 Agi, +3 Spi, required level 16.

Matches the files Ruins of Lordaeron Market Street: players can climb a tower and walk along the wall. Dormant gargoyles activate when approached, and their Stone Slumber makes them immune to physical damage while healing 30 every 3 seconds. Magic still damages them.

The files Market Street is RoL subzone 16617. Stone Slumber 7144: 'immune to Physical attack, but unable to act. During this time, the caster heals 30 damage every 3 sec' (15 s), the vanilla gargoyle spell.

The files Witherfang is encounter 3353. 'Segmented Spider Leg' 271203 is a rare staff with +9 Agi, +5 Str (ilvl 20, req 15), in the same item block as Witherbite Bracers 271202.

Matches the files Ruins of Lordaeron drops many blues with hybrid stats, for example Bloody Chest Wraps (9 Agi, 4 Sta, 4 Int). Xaryu expects to be in full blues by level 20 and criticizes the blue drop rate as too high this early.

Partly Ruins of Lordaeron has several quests (players reported up to about six). At least one requires level 16, so Esfand suggests first running it at 16. Entrance trash are level 15 elites, and later bosses are level 19.

The files RoL quest item 'Bloodied Insignia' 268535 has required level 16, which fits a quest gated at 16. RoL ContentTuning 5256 = 15, so 15 is the base level. The final boss's rare drops require 19 (Mirror of Rath'mael, Coldspire Staff, Rotmender's Treads), consistent with level-19 bosses. The quest count is server-side.

Partly Ruins of Lordaeron boss Wrathmail has a pulsing fire aura/AoE. He did not resist a stun. He drops 'Mirror of Wrathmail', a level-19 shield with Str/Sta/Int.

The files Rath'mael is encounter 3354 and the final boss (kill statistic 63571). 'Mirror of Rath'mael' 271213 = shield, req 19, +4 Str, +3 Int, +4 Sta. The fire aura and stun interaction are not checkable.

Partly After the gargoyle event a statue's eyes turn red and the ground shakes, triggering the Ruins of Lordaeron boss 'The Abandoned'. It is a new crawling, scorpion-like boss model that looks like a downscaled retail model. Loot was Paladin-oriented mail/plate DPS gear, including 'Grip of Fear' (level 17).

The files The Abandoned is encounter 3357. Grip of Fear 271208 = mail gloves, +5 Str, +4 Agi, +5 Sta, req 17. Scepter of the Abandoned 271216 (1H mace, +5 Str, req 17) fits 'Paladin-oriented'. The statue event and creature model are not in client data.

Partly Ruins of Lordaeron boss 'The Baron' (an abomination, possibly named Patchwork) knocks players back ('punted'). He drops the new item 'Leftover Abomination Skin'.

The files No encounter is named 'The Baron'. The loot attributed to him, Meathook Slicer 271204 and Leftover Abomination Skin 271206, sits in the same rare-item block as Abomination Bones 271205. The only abomination-type encounter is The Butcher 3355, and Esfand's 5-boss list maps 1:1 onto the encounter list with The Butcher in The Baron's slot. Quest item 'Head of the Baron' (268518) and the rare ring 'Slain Baron's Signet' (279867, ilvl 23) exist, so the in-game NPC and quest call this boss 'the Baron'; the encounter record is The Butcher. Leftover Abomination Skin 271206 (cloth chest, +7 Spi, +8 SP, req 15) is confirmed. A new NPC spell 'Punt!' (1301967) exists and may be the knockback.

Partly The Ruins of Lordaeron entrance is in the Lordaeron courtyard above Undercity, and Alliance players can simply run in. Chat put it at levels 16-20. Xaryu, playing Alliance, said he died a few times getting there through Horde territory.

The files Blue post 30052350 lists Ruins of Lordaeron at 15-20, and Group Finder activity 1982 = 15-22 (the 16-20 from chat is close). Map 2999 is an outdoor copy of the Lordaeron/Tirisfal surface: its signposts point to Brill, Deathknell, Undercity and the Zeppelin Landing. Alliance entry and deaths are server-side.

Partly Ruins of Lordaeron has a spider boss named Witherfang. Its area has extra mobs that attacked the group from behind during the pull. The dungeon has its own piano music track.

The files Witherfang is encounter 3353, and its loot block includes Witherbite Bracers 271202 and Segmented Spider Leg 271203. Extra mobs and the music track are not checkable.
