Feral Swiftness: Moved from row 3 up to row 2. Movement speed bonus to Cat Form now works indoors and Dodge bonus applies all the time, not just in Cat Form.
The files Feral Swiftness (17002) moved from row 3 to row 2. Its tooltip gives +15/30% speed in Cat Form with no outdoors limit and +2/4% Dodge with no form limit; Classic was outdoors only, with dodge in Cat Form.
