Furor
Gives you a 20/40/60/80/100% chance to gain 10 Rage when shapeshifting into Bear Form or Dire Bear Form. Shapeshifting into Cat Form restores 20/40/60/80/100% of the Energy you had when last in Cat Form, plus 2/4/6/8/10 Energy per sec spent outside Cat Form, up to 20/40/60/80/100 Energy. Bear Form and Dire Bear Form forfeit this Energy and halt its restoration while active.
Compared with Classic
Gives you 20% chance to gain 10 Rage when you shapeshift into Bear and Dire Bear Form or 40 Energy when you shapeshift into Cat Form.

- Partly
Furor: Cat Form portion of this redesigned. Conceptually, at 5 talent points it allows the Druid to regenerate Energy while not in Cat Form as if they were in Cat Form. But if they go to Bear Form, all that Energy is lost, to prevent “bear-weaving” gameplay we have seen in versions of Classic World of Warcraft. We realize this removed the “power shifting” gameplay some players prize, so we have re-added that gameplay in a much more approachable way with the Shifting Power talent in the Feral talent tree.
The files The tooltip matches the Cat part: at 5/5 you get back 100% of your last Cat Form Energy plus 10 Energy per second spent outside Bear, Cat and Dire Bear Form, up to 100. It doesn't say that Bear Form wipes the stored Energy, and both effects are server-scripted dummies.
