Moonkin Form: The increased party-wide critical strike chance from this talent now applies to all spells and attacks, not just spells. It is also now exclusive with the same effect from Leader of the Pack. Additionally, all non-healing spells can now be cast, instead of just Balance spells. Finally, while Moonkin Form is active, Omen of Clarity has double the chance to be triggered.
The files Moonkin Aura (24907) gives +3% crit to everything (aura 290; Classic spell crit, aura 57) and is exclusive with Leader of the Pack. The form now blocks only healing spells (Classic: Balance spells only) and doubles Omen of Clarity's proc chance (+100% effect).
