In Blizzard's notes
What Blizzard said about Shield Wall, each line checked against the files.
- Partly
Shield Wall: No longer shares a cooldown with Recklessness and Retaliation. Cooldown reduced to 15 minutes.
The files Cooldown is 15 min in 70245, 30 min in Classic (spell 871); it also became 60% for 12 sec, from 75% for 10 sec. The shared-cooldown part is server-side, so the files can't confirm it.
- Matches the files
Improved Shield Wall: (Redesigned.) Now reduces the cooldown on Shield Wall by a large amount.
The files Classic added 3/5 sec duration; 70245 cuts Shield Wall's 15 min cooldown by 5.5/11 min (spell 12312).
