Fireball: The base points and points per level of ranks 1-5 of this spell have been adjusted to make the growth rate of ranks 1-6 more consistent, and new ranks always an upgrade.
The files Fireball ranks 1 to 5 (133, 143, 145, 3140, 8400) changed in 70291: growth per level from 0.6/0.7/0.9/1.1/1.5 to 0.2/0.3/0.6/0.9/1.4 and base damage on ranks 2 to 5 from 37/53/74/108 to 32/51/77/120. Rank 6 (8401) is unchanged, and each new rank out-damages the old one at its learn level.

For example: When you cast Fireball and cast another Fireball right away, you finish your Fireball cast, your hands won't glow or make the crackling sound of the new Fireball you're casting, and then once your hand comes down from the first Fireball cast, you then begin the precast animation of the next Fireball spell.
